0F What If My Item Doesn't Receive A Bid? -

If an item you have consigned doesn't receive a $2.00 opening bid you must remove the item on the load out day. If the item is not removed, it becomes the property of Sheridan Realty & Auction Co. and may be disposed of. Once a non-selling item is forfeited, you will not be allowed to pick it up. If you are worried that some items will not receive a bid, consider grouping items into larger lots. Avoid bringing garage sale type items.
